Stop front door sticking and attach cupboard door over integrated washing machine in City Centre

Job description:The front door to my apartment (solid wooden fire door) is sticking - I wonder if it has been hung correctly as I have sanded the lip on the floor, and also replaced the handle, with no success. Re the washing machine - when my new integrated washing machine was intalled, the installation engineer leant on the cupboard door and broke the hinge - this needs putting back together.
