Job description:â?¢ Roof edge joinery timbers â?? wet rot at front soffit and fascia at the right hand corner. Local repairs to be carried out in this area. â?¢ Cleaning and resealing of the guttering & rainwater goods. â?¢ Fitting of additional diagonal bracing within the trussed rafter roof to be carried out from within the loft. â?¢ Installation of gable straps â?? galvanised steel connectors spaced along the roof and ceiling timbers at maximum 2 metre intervals. They should be sufficiently long to be fixed to 3 of the roof timbers.
