Bathroom - 4ft high ledge over toilet and bath. in Harpurhey

Job description: I need a 4ft high x 6ft wide x 1ft depth ledge built - which will cover my existing toilet cistern and pipework. I need it stretch across the rear wall (approx 6 ft ) overlapping the rear part of the bath. I need the frame to be strong and sturdy. The wood needs to be suitable for bathroom use e.g waterproof. I will remove the existing ledge. The bathroom is small with no window, so working it will be a tight area to work in. This isn't a big job - for a person who knows what they are doing. There might be a possibility of other carpentry work that needs doing if I am happy with your work.
