Need hatch made 4 man hole drain in conservatory in Wimbledon Park

Job description:Replace flooring in my conservatory and make a hatch for a man hole drain so it can be accessed. The flooring I have in there at present is B&Q interlocking laminate tiles ( a long strip with the equivalent of 3 tiles on it). Could use something different to make the hatch with which could be covered with a rug if necessary, or could have the floor completely replaced(preferably not)The conservatory is about 10ft by 6ft.
