Replace jammed back yard/alley door in North Ormesby and Brambles Farm

Job description:Due to rotting wood and poor sealing the current door leading from the back yard to the alleyway often jams shut, an extra problem is that the previous owner bolted a metal plate to the door and the extra weight has made it drop on it's hinges, my personal judgement is that the door and hinges probably need replacing but i'm not sure about any damage to the fittings
