For Builder/Handyman/Carpenter - require childrens swing set to be assembled in Graveney

Job description:I have a wooden pole swing set and I have started to assemble it but basically I need a builder/carpenter to screw the various parts together as I do not have the required tools and to put together the nuts and bolts etc and once up to concrete into the grounden - anchors have been provided and the four holes have been dug up in the garden already!. I would also require the concrete materials to be included in the price. The instructions say tools required are: Drill with 5mm drill bit for drillig pilot holes; 13mm socket spanner, 17mm open spanner; Set of steps; and Concrete. nb the anchors will have to set in concrete then swing screwed on. As ihave already put together the glider (needs to be tightened) i am looking for a quote to be under my budget of £50. If you are in the area I would be happy for you to see exactly what little work is left on this.. Many thanks for your time.
