Job description:Existing single storey wooden 2bed summerhouse/cottage currently in usable condition with all services connected. I wish to add an upper floor & rework existing floor to bring it up to a good standard. I would prefer to work with an individual or small company who would be happy to work closely with me to design & construct a unique building for holiday retreat in its idyllic woodland setting.
