Fit new Bannister in St Crispin

Job description:I need a new bannister fitted in my house, the bannister covers circa 12 steps and requires spindles as well. Please note that the previous owner cut the spindles at the base leaving the butt end in the staircase, and then painted over them meaning that new holes may have to created to house them! (Not helpful I know!) Any further info required please do not hesitate to contact me. With regards to finish then I will be paiting/varnishing the surface after.
