Remedial work on kitchen base unit cantilevered-basket mechanism in Bingham

Job description:We have a space-optimising corner base unit in our kitchen. The pull-out draw swings to one side when fully open and pulls through a second storage basket which can then be accessed. We initially had a problem with the draw not closing fully. Now, when opening and closing the draw unit, it screeches loudly, as though it needs oiling, except its a nylon/plastic wheel on a metal runner - so this can't be the problem. This is likely a small job for someone who is more familiar with the mechanism.
