Job description:My house has wooden original sash windows and there is one bedroom window where the sill has rotten and needs replacing. Four of the windows at the back also need general restoration including sanding down and repainting, is this something that would be covered by a carpenter/ joiner or would I need a different tradesman to come and do the paintwork?
