Skirting boards fitting in living room in Carlton

Job description:New skirting boards to be fitted in living room, over existing concrete moulded skirtings. This job needs doing asap. Some complexity involved (why I'm not doing this myself), living room has a bay window, and radiator whose pipes cut through the existing skirting. Wall length (over 4m) will require joining two pieces, minimising the join. For these reasons, I need an expert! In a few months, I need all interior doors replacing (8 doors), and frames making good so you can quote for this at the same time. Email response preferrred, if calling, please call after 6pm.
