Job description:The area will need to have a liner fitted (possibly filling in around it a bit) and a panel put above the door to fill in the gap between the door and the ceiling. the door needs to have a glass panel fitted in the top half to let light in. A handle and europrofile cylinder lock will need to be fitter with a thumb turn on the inside. The whole job will need to be painted gloss white.
