Windows require repair to wood and fittings in Lower Deeside

Job description:I'm looking to have some work done on my external windows and doors at 14 Bucklerburn Wynd, Peterculter. The main job is a rotten windowsill on our livingroom window. The back door needs adjustment as it is sticks when opening and closing and the the lock won't work unless the door is pulled up. On the front door, a fixing has broken and so the clips holding this on will need fixing. Also, a hinge on one of the back windows is broken and needs replacing. A few of the other windows needs some minor adjustment also but I can discuss this with you. If you would be interested in painting and replacing the wooden fascias and soffits where necessary then a quote for this would also be appreciated.
