Job description:I am looking for a competent person to install up to six new internal wooden doors. The previous owners of our 1929 era house installed horrid hollow doors that have begun to split. So we have decided to bite the bullet and replace most of them with matching solid wood doors. Please quote for the labour of installing six doors that we will purchase having discussed our requirements with the successful bidder. We will probably order six doors that are unfinished and we will also probably choose the door handles and hinges ourselves. Two of the doors will need locks installed on them i.e. the bathroom door and also our master bedroom door. We are likely to paint the doors ourselves so no need to quote for that. Quote needs to include disposal of the old doors.
