Job description:Following refit work to a mid terrace required. Time is a big issue: Work can commence after 16th December and needs to be finished before end of January. Existing kitchen removed by Customer. Fix floor leading to kitchen. Supply & lay new plaster to 3 walls. Fit new kitchen including all base units, wall units (Approx 12 units), Black granite laminate worktops and matching up stands – kitchen supplied by customer. White gloss door & draw fronts & rod style handles, single sink & tap, Fit gas hob & electric single multifunction oven, cooker extractor hood & clear glass splash back. Supply & fit new skirting to box around pipe. Supply & Fit new standard sockets & switches & includes any alterations or positioning of sockets & fitting of ceiling light – light supplied by customer. Supply & fit all plumbing to sink & washing machine & gas hob. Make & fit new wooden back door including new handle and hinges? Reference: Flooring to hallway and back room Fit laminate flooring to hallway and back room (30 square meters). Including all underlay, edging & door strips – All supplied by customer Bathroom: Remove all existing bathroom suite and partition wall to reinstate into one room. Supply & fit new plasterboard to wall & lay new plaster to ceiling and 3 walls. Supply & fit new skirting and Architraves. Supply & fit new spot lights and fan light. Fit new bathroom suite Wc & Sink with the following- With separate 760mm x 760mm shower & Enclosure & separate 1600mm X 700mm bath to include all taps & waste, electric shower. Supplied by custmer Supply & Fit plain white tile to around sink, shower bath or shower & bath, Includes renewal of waste pipe and any repositioning of existing pipe work & Radiator.
