Job description:floor area is approx 3ft x 9ft. Timber under shower base needs inspection for dampness. floor near w.c. is soft.indicating joist is (3ft span) is damp/wet. the floor is:- 4x2 joists, T&G Floor Covered in Plyboard with Floor Tiles which have Cracked Near W.C. Replace Joists and T&G Flooring Where Required and Refit W.C. and Shower Base If Removed. Do Not Require Ply or Tiles Replacing.
