Repairs to doors on rental property in Milnrow

Job description:I need someone to put a new lock - normal key not yale or mortice lever deadlocks in wooden back door. Replace some missing beading and sand down and revarnish both back & front doors. This is work on a property I rent out so want something effective not too costly. Also quotes for general overhaul of wooden window frames at same property to make sure weathertight .
