Job description:Dear Tradesman, We have a Industrial Unit which needs to have a Trade Counter built. Two Stud Walls and a false ceiling run over the top. So the customer is insulated from the rest of the warehouse. The Trade Counter will have two section. Just like ScrewFix, one for collection and one for order. Two doors will need to be hang. Have Pictures to send of Industrial Unit, if further detail is required. Previously completed the same kind of layout. Material to be bought once list compiled by yoursef from local supply. Can send a Powerpoint presentation as well for more details. Plus provide pictures of previous Trade Counters being built. To help assit in Quote for Job. The Budget is £1400 for Labour. We have obtained two Quotes already and both have stated 5 days work. The unit is presently ready to go and just need to fine the right person for the job. If you can send links to previous work, pictures, references etc in reply. Then this will help. We want a fixed price job. So if it takes longer then it still is same price. Payment will be on satisfactory complete of job. Not at end of week or half way through. If you feel that you can be of service. Then please get in touch. We need to have a Invoice for the VAT receipt.
