Job description:Recently we had some bedroom furniture delivered, the delivery men badly damaged the edge of a window sill taking the furniture up the stairs. There is a prominent gash about 9 inches long by 1 cm deep into the wood. The damage needs to be repaired, and I would also like the whole lot reglossed as part of the job. The delivery men also left a large dent in the wall and very clumsily/roughly removed a bannister, leaving large holes where they tore it out. I would also like the tradesman to be able to fix this and reinstate the bannister. The repairs must be invisible, robust and the painting must be of a high standard. I am assuming that there is about one man-day's work here, so have budgeted approximately, but this will of course be for discussion. Please note that I can only be available on saturdays or sundays for initial quotation visits.
