1. Make and fit a fixed panel double glazed window( 4 lights) in oak with cill linings coverall size 1500mm high x 2400 wide.
2.Make and fit a hardwood external staircase2.3m high open tread,200mm going 200 mm rise.
3.Fit 70 sq.m oak floor.
4. make and fit 3 oak cills
