Assess and Repair damaged floor in Portswood

Job description:I recently had an amount of water pour into my dining room courtesy of a faulty shower pump. I need to get an assessment of any damage caused to the floorboards(including a section of chipboard), and a quote for any repairs that may be necessary as a result. The floorboards were uncovered at the time of the leak so the water was in direct contact with the boards. Once any repairs have been done, I would also like a quote for getting the floorboards sanded down and varnished so it can remain as a permanent floor, rather than having it carpeted.
