Cupboard built in spare room above cut out area for stairs below. in Sholing

Job description:We have part of the floor in the spare room cut away to allow room for the stairs below. This is boxed in by a slooping wooden unit. We would like a cupboard to be built on top up to the ceiling as it is wasted space in the room. It should have several shelves and a upwards opening door over the top part. I would like it to be finished white so made out of MDF would probably be ok. The area is approximately 1 meter wide by 50cm depth.
