Staircase conversion in Hartburn

Job description:My staircase and landing has a solid wooden safety railing from floor/stairs to bannister. I wish this to be taken out and replaced with open balustrading. The landing is 1410 mm long. The stair runs are 450 mm to landing and then 2560 mm.
