Job description:Remove existing sash window 2 m wide to the rear of this terrace property. Reuse some of the existing glass to replace cracked glass in window over. Disc cut brickwork to ground level insert new timber, door supplied by client, into a new frame with fixed fanlight over. Carefully remove existing internal cupboard, recite existing radiator to the right of the window. Make good plaster reveals internally. Start April 2012
