Replacement of one hardwood, original, floor board in Tooting

Job description:One or two of the floorboards in our livig room have wood worm damage - one of thje boards has snapped after being weakened by the wood worm and needs replacing. I think the boards are solid oak, old fashioned style - not the shiney new type.
