Job description:Existing patio door and side windows, there are two full height fixed side windows and a single open out door and also small fan lights above each large single glazed panes. Overall opening size = 2550 x 2260 with a slight curved brick arched head detail. There is a little rot at the base of the frame, to be inspected to see if repair is required and would also like locks upgraded and added (chubb or similar deadlock + 5 point lever - please advise what can be fitted in frame/door thickness on inspection or I can email drawings). and Add new toughened and laminated 6.4mm glass. Also request quote for upgrade/ modify frames to received double glazed units 16mm o/a glass thickness.
