Job description:Fascia board on 1 side of the roof needs replacing. Some mould/fungi has attached itself to the fascia, and I feel removing the mould only would leave a gap for birds to get into the roof. Length of replacement board required - approx. 15-20m. It is a 1 bedroom house with upstairs bedroom, therefore height of roof at heighest point maybe 20 meters or so.
