Job description:Remove current concrete paving slabs, level out the ground, lay joists/supports etc. for decking (with incline to grass), lay weed skin & pea shingle (will be supplied) and install decking area alongside current decked area. Approx 3 x 5M (at widest area) with a decked step to be incorporated from back door onto new decked area (approx 3.5" high) Please also quote for decking area featuring small uplighters - there is an electricity supply into the garden but hasn't been tested for years. Removal / Installation of new 6ft gate - current set up will probably need some adjustments - last installed by DIY enthusiast, extra panels etc. but warped and tired, needs replacing. Removal/Installation of new 3ft gate - as above. Decking/garden shed/fences to be treated with the same stain Gates to be painted with gloss black Installing new lamp post lighting feature where existing lantern sits - lamp post to be supplied.
