Job description:Our study and utility room were converted from a garage before we bought our house. There is a drain under the floor in the utility room where there has been a really bad smell lately. We've just taken the floor up and there was about half an inch of water from the drain over the entire sub floor. We've got rid of all the standing water but need someone to take a look at clearing out the drain as we assume there is a blockage and replacing the drain cover which is completely rusted.
