Job description:New build house abandoned by builder. Drainage partly installed by him but finished by second builder. We have problems with the smell that comes into the house. Drains run in to a bio disc treatment plant which was installed in wrong place although it has passed building regs. More faults have been found in last few months including a smashed pipe covered with a cement bag and concreted over.
