Soak away and drains in Drayton

Job description:To create a soakaway for rain water falling from a led shute off a thatched roof . To put drains in patio area at the rear of house. I also seem to have a water leak underground but not sure if I need a builder of a plumber! Pressure on tank keeps dropping which leads us to think we have a leak somewhere Also on outside wall we seem to have what looks like Dampness but We have had a structual surveyor who said the dampness on outside wall isnt Damp! not sure if dampness and leak are connected!
