Collapsed drainage pipe in Brunswick Park

Job description:I have a collapsed drainage pipe starting 1.8m from the manhole cover at the front of the drive leading to the pavement. The 1.8m mark is on my property and there is a further 1.7m before you get to the pavemen. There's a bit of a drop off to the pavement as we are on a hill. On a "look and see" water was seen inside the pipe at the start of the collapse which should've drained away. Fingers crossed, no road open licence needed but adviseable to have a site visit. Preferably can this not be fixed without digging i.e repalcement pipe within existing pipe?
