Job description:The drain in question services the dishwasher in the kitchen. Whilst the drain is not completely blocked there is evidence in the foundations of the house that on occasion the drain backs up and overflows into the house. The drain is full of fatty , glutinous substances that seem to be inhibiting an efficient run-off to the main sewers The property is a large Victorian semi but there has been no drainage problems in the 11 years I have resided at the property.
