Blocked drain from property to main sewer in Boscombe East

Job description:After very heavy rains (about twice a year) the drain gets blocked just as it exists the property connecting to the main sewer. I think it's an interceptor trap system (house built in 1910). The rodding pipe has been bricked over. I want to find a better solution than calling Dyno-Rod twice a year.
