Job description:We live in 2nd Floor Flat. We have noticed a sink drain problem recently. The water drains off extremely slowly and there starts a slightly bad smell. I have checked the pipes underneath the sink, they are clear and unblocked. So I reckon it is the end bit of the drain system which connects to the outside drain pipes is blocked.
