Job description:general debris and moss build up in rear main gutter. Requires unblocking with seals applied to the joints to prevent leaking and overflow. Also downpipe on the side and rear of property aren't connected to any drains or soakaways. Connection to soakaways or drains may prevent the possibility of surface water ponding. Right hand downpipe on the conservatory is not fully extended to ground floor level. Quote required for work prior to completion on sale of property.
