Slow draining kitchen sink in Bromley Common and Keston

Job description:I had this same problem a few months back. The blockage was cleared & all was well. I have been extra careful since, regarding what goes down the plughole but the problem has returned. Water drains, but very, very slowly. Possibly related, at some point in my washing machine cycle, water comes up into the kitchen sink. I have put this in the drainage specialist section rather than under plumber as I am concerned that just unblocking *my* sink will not solve the overall problem. I live on the 2nd floor (top) of a block of flats. Many thanks, Pia
