Job description:We have a water leak on our property at the end of our drive. There is a clay pipe coming up vertically,to just below our drive surface, I assume from the water supply pipe. It had a clay cap but this has cracked. The pipe is full of water and gently overflowing. When drained it fills again in an hour. The water meter holes under the pavement are also full of water so there must be a sizable leak somewhere. Thames Water have investigated there meter but not informed of us what they found. We need someone to advise what our pipe is for and investigate why it is full of water and overflowing.
