Locating source of/reason for sewage smells in flat in Haverstock

Job description:Sewage smell at intervals - but at least once/twice day usually evening. possibly neighbour's drainage needs vent/repair as never have problems when they are away. Problem seems worse when it rains. Have had two different drain people in to no avail but I think they have been looking in the wrong place.
