Pump to sump needs servicing / surface water flooding problem in Clevedon South

Job description:We suffer from surface flooding at back of property. A year ago we had a small sump with pump installed in rear patio to pump water away to drain as no open drain on property. This now need servicing as its pumping capacity seems very reduced, although is working. Also as we are low lying land and neighbours reluctant to have gutter downpipes to their drains, leaving us taking all the roof water, open to other suggestions. Budget quoted is initial work, pending suggestions.
