Job description:new gulley for waste kitchen water at the moment the pipes from kitchen sink/washing machine discharge into drain at the back of the sink unit when blocked this floods the kitchen. A new gulley needs to be made outside so that the pipework goes through the wall into the new gulley before going into the main drains
