Job description:Mt house was built 6 years ago and within one year there were problems with the septic tank, the builder has been back but now says it is not his problem as the 2 years cover he gave is up. I need to to the 10 year Housing Guarantee people who say I need an independent contractor to adivse - can I get a list of these people please? Thanks B McIlwaine
