Job description:We are having repeated problem with flooding in our garden. Each and every time that the garden floods we have to contact either a private contactor or the Road Service to come out and jet the drain running across the main road. Each time they jet the drain they find the drain is blocked and as soon as the blockage is cleared the flood water drains out of our garden much like a plug being pulled out of a bath. When we address this with the Authorities they claim it is out garden which is at fault. We would like a survey of our garden carried out so that we can prove the faul is not in fact with our property but with the drainage of the road.
