Identify dreadful smell coming into the building from inside toilets in Heath

Job description:The toilets produce a dreadful smell that is worse on a Monday morning after being closed up for the weekend. We have had Dynarod in some time last Summer. They cleared some blockages from the roadway to our building but they were not our blockages. A plumber has re-aligned some pipework angles from level to tilted (?) but this has not improved the situation.The toilets are all flushing normally. This smell has been almost constant for well over a year.The water board could not investigate but recommended Homeserve. Homeserve could not investigate but recommended this web site. It is a Local Authoriy building that we rent. The Local Authority have disclaimed all help or advice. There is no Environmental Health offiers in this borough.We are an established local charity helping the disabled and the disavantaged. This is outside our area of expertise and would welcome some help.
