Replacement guttering, drains and fitting new drains to allow for a new ensuite in Gosforth Valley

Job description:We would like to fit a new en suite bathroom but need new drains fitted. The old cast iron ones also need replacing. There's a man hole cover in the garden but i'm not sure where the drains in the property run. It' a pretty old property 1940's perhaps. We also need the sofits, facias and guttering replacing. If the same person can do that at the same time that would be great. If not we can someone elae in for those.
