Repair to chips / holes in drain pipe and benchwork supporting waste drain in West End

Job description:The waste pipe visible under the manhole covers is not flowing freely , the pipework has some holes in the bottom and some chipped edges where pipes join other pipes so there is not a smooth run. stones tend to collect in the pipes for some reason. Need a cement repair to the holes / chips and possibly the Benchwork, also need the stones removed from the inspection "box" to avoid more falling into the pipe.This is a communal drain at the back of a tenement so reasonably high usage/volumes.
