Fix slipped/broken joint in sewer pipe in Craigentinny Duddingston

Job description:The house's main waste/sewer pipe runs from the basement of the house under the front garden to join the sewer in the street. I'd estimate the pipe is about 800mm deep under the garden. A plumber investigating a problem at the neighbour's house (basement flooding after very heavy rain) sent a camera up our pipe and tells me that a joint has broken or slipped. The break is under the garden, a metre or two from the house. The job is to dig down, locate the break and repair/replace as required. Access is pretty clear though a low stone boundary wall may get in the way a bit. I understand that it won't be possible to give an accurate/binding quote without knowing the extent of the damage so I'm happy to have the quote based on re-seating and sealing the existing joint or even just for initial exploratory works.
