Job description:inspect and repair source of water ingress from leaking external rainwater downpipe at secod floor level on tenement building - the rainwater pipe is cast iron and appears broken above second floor level so access may be a problem so a basket might be needed. With access we could determine what needs to be replaced- probably on short section of cast iron
