Upgrade of old cesspit and to new septic tank in Titchfield

Job description:Job 1: The drain leading to the cesspit does not have sufficient fall so blocks easily. I would like this to be reconstructed to improve performance. Approx length of drain: 15 m. Job 2: The old (1930s) cesspit is in poor condition. It is connected to a soakaway but I don't know if this is a proper arrangement. If the site is suitable I would like the cesspit to be replaced with a modern septic tank, preferably installed inside the existing cesspit and using the existing soakaway.
