Job description:Current rectangular manhole cover is cracked and in need of complete replacement. The manhole is constructed in brick and gives access to a sewer serving part of this residential estate. The sewer is privately owned and managed collectively by a residents association although the work will be commissioned and paid for initially by myself. The manhole is situated in a gravel driveway giving access to a private garage.
